I never liked spinach until I made an adventurous decision to buy some at the grocery store anyways… and turn them into Oven Baked Spinach Chips. Now, spinach is my new best veggie friend. It tastes sooo ridiculously good. Let’s start baking!Ingredients• Bucket load of spinach leafs. I am talking about handfuls here!• A bit of extra virgin olive oil, to coat the leaves. You don’t need a lot - for 400 grams of spinach leaves, I used 1 tablespoon of oil.• Herbs. I used pepper, curry powder, red pepper powder, garlic powder and thyme.Directions1. Preheat oven at 120°C / 250F,2. Rinse and dry the spinach leafs,3. Place spinach in a large bowl, pour in some olive oil to coat the leafs,4. Add herbs, toss it all around,5. Place some baking paper on a tray, and lay out the spinach nice and evenly,6. Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Keep checking on them until they’re crisp!

The first photo was taken January 10th, 2011. The last 3 were taken today, May 1st, 2012. I have been lifting seriously for about 5 months now. I was once the girl with no booty and now I’m finally getting one :)
Girls, LIFTING WEIGHTS DOES NOT MAKE YOU BULKY. It makes you have sexy curves. So stop being afraid and get in the damn squat rack.

About:

Hello, my name is Amanda. I've seen many thinspo blogs, all they do is make me feel like shit for looking nothing like the images they post, rather than inspiring me to see their bodies as goals. Exactly two summers ago I had my heart broken, realized one of my main insecurities was my body, and lost 15 lbs. I'm 5'2 and currently 122 lbs, just about where I began last time. I also had my heart broken this past summer, again, by a different guy. Instead of losing my freshman fifteen (thank you, college) I sank into a deep depression, barely worked out, and almost failed out of school my sophomore year. I am about to leave for Christmas vacation, and I want my body from two summers ago back. 105 pounds is my goal, this is COMPLETELY normal for someone of my height, I am BARELY 5'2. I did this last time through a clear goal, a clear mind, determination, healthy & balanced diet and most importantly, exercise. I'm using this blog to keep myself motivated. Post-It's telling me I look like shit will no longer do. Join me.
